Unit responsibility:
• Spreading the culture of quality in the academic, therapeutic, and administrative units in the college.
• Reviewing recommendations and reports of programs, courses, and self-studies of academic programs and preparing reports on them.
• Implementing and analyzing questionnaires to measure the opinions of students, faculty members, administrators, graduates, and relevant beneficiaries regarding the educational process and academic and therapeutic activities at the college.
• Implementing quality and academic accreditation projects at the college.
• Preparing periodic reports on quality activities, performance levels, and beneficiary satisfaction at the college.
• Working on additional tasks assigned to the unit by the Vice Dean for Postgraduate Study, Research and Quality , related to quality and its applications.

A. Strategic Plan Committee:
Reporting Line:
Vice Deanship for Post Graduate Studies, Research, and Quality.
Committee responsibility:
• Reviewing the college's vision and mission, setting its strategic goals, and updating them based on developments.
• Developing the college's strategic plan, including policies, programs, and performance indicators, to achieve the college's vision and strategic goals.
• Preparing the executive plan for the strategic goals, how to implement it, and preparing an annual report on what has been implemented.
• Any new related tasks.
B. Quality Assurance for Departments
Reporting Line:
Vice Deanship for Post Graduate Studies, Research, and Quality.
Committee responsibility:
• Working on spreading the culture of quality among the college members, including students, faculty, and staff.
• Supervising the completion of all quality models approved by the National Commission for Academic Accreditation and Assessment, such as course description models, program description, self-study, and course and program reports.
• Reviewing the recommendations of course and program reports, as well as the self-study, and following up on their implementation.
• Preparing guides and performance indicators related to quality in accordance with quality standards and the requirements of the National Authority for Assessment and Academic Accreditation, and following up on their implementation, data collection, and analysis.
• Implementing and analyzing questionnaires to measure the opinions of students, faculty members, administrators, graduates, and relevant beneficiaries regarding the educational process and academic activities at the college.
• Preparing periodic reports on quality activities, performance levels, and beneficiary satisfaction at the college.

C. Unit for the Continuous Professional Development and Continuing Medical Education
Reporting Line:

Unit responsibility:
• Identifying the training needs of the college staff and developing plans to implement and evaluate them.
• Preparing periodic reports on development activities, performance levels, and beneficiary satisfaction at the college.
• Designing future plans to improve academic, administrative, and therapeutic work at the college in accordance with national and international standards.
• Motivating college staff to participate in the programs offered by the university to develop skills.
• Spreading the culture of academic development among faculty members.
• Working on any additional tasks assigned to the unit related to the development of the college.

Unit responsibility:
• Contributing to the organization and coordination of courses, workshops, seminars, and lectures.
• Covering the college's events, activities, and programs in the media, on the college's website, and on social media.
• Working on developing and managing the content of the college's website and social media accounts.
• Supervising the organization of procedures for receiving and hosting the college's guests and delegations.
• Supervising the preparation of publications, brochures, and press releases related to the college's activities and disseminating them thru various media outlets to highlight the college's role.
• Supervising the preparation, organization, and production of media reports and news issued by the college.
• Communicating with various media outlets.

A. Post Graduate Studies and Academic Programs Committee
Reporting Line

Committee Responsibilities
- Develop strategic plans and proposals for post graduate programs within the College.
- Review and evaluate post graduate programs and training courses referred to the committee.
- Establish admission criteria for post graduate programs.
- Assess the need for introducing and activating post graduate programs within the College.
- Invite experts to attend committee meetings whenever necessary.
B. Demonstrators and Scholarship Unit
Reporting Line
Vice Deanship for Post Graduate Studies, Research, and Quality.
Unit Responsibilities
- Facilitate scholarship procedures for teaching assistants and lecturers.
- Prepare annual statistics on the status of teaching assistants, lecturers, and scholarship recipients.
- Develop and maintain a dedicated database for teaching assistants and lecturers.
- Strengthen communication with scholarship recipients throughout their scholarship period.
- Complete all internal administrative procedures in coordination with the relevant academic departments and the Deanship.
- Review scholarship policies and regulations and propose improvements when needed.
- Open scholarship files after financial sponsorship begins through the Saudi Cultural Mission.
- Review, verify, and continuously update scholarship recipients' records.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database on scholarship status and scholarship recipients and provide relevant information to concerned departments.
- Prepare reports, statistical analyses, and other required documentation related to scholarship affairs.
D. Institutional and Program Accreditation Committee
Reporting Line
Vice Deanship for Post Graduate Studies, Research, and Quality.
Committee Responsibilities
- Communicate and collaborate with national and international quality assurance and accreditation agencies to exchange expertise and obtain accreditation.
- Develop specifications and standards aligned with international accreditation requirements and oversee their implementation through appropriate strategic plans and programs.
- Support academic departments and administrative units in preparing for institutional and program accreditation.
- Encourage and assist College departments and units in readiness and preparation for accreditation processes.
- Develop templates and instruments based on accreditation standards for evaluating academic and administrative units.
- Conduct periodic internal audits and evaluations of College departments and units, analyze findings, and submit recommendations for continuous improvement and enhancement of educational quality.
- Coordinate with the Training Unit to develop and implement training plans for faculty members and administrative staff involved in self-evaluation and quality assurance activities, in alignment with the College's strategic objectives.

Internship Research Supervision Unit
Reporting Line

Unit Responsibilities
- Review and approve research proposals submitted by internship doctors.
- Establish the timeline for research proposal submission and final research defense in accordance with University regulations.
- Nominate qualified reviewers/examiners for internship research projects.
- Develop research regulations and guidelines in coordination with the Scientific Research Committee.
