College of Dentistry

About the College

The College of Dentistry was established in Al-Kharj Governorate in 1428 AH, as it was affiliated with King Saud University and joined Al-Kharj University by a royal decree in 1430 AH requiring the transfer of the branch of King Saud University in Al-Kharj to Al-Kharj University, and the joining of all colleges in the governorates of Al-Kharj, Dilam, Wadi Al-Dawasir, Hotat Bani Tamim and Al-Aflaj ,Al hareeq and Al saleel to the university, and in the year 1432 AH, the royal approval was issued to change the name of the university to Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz University, and on the tenth of Jumada I of the year 1436 AH, the royal approval was issued to change the name of the university from King Salman University to Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University.

DEAN MESSAGE

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, since its inception has always taken keen interest regarding advancements in various fields. Such areas have witnessed significant development, especially in dentistry, which has received high-level attention from the government of The Custodian of The Two Holy Mosques, King Salman Ibn Abdulaziz, and The Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman. They have been supportive of medical education both practically and scientifically. This resulted in graduation of excelled dentists who contribute to the development of the health sector and medical education.
