Registration and admission unit:
This unit implements the university's policy of preparing and coordinating study schedules and supervising the process, of course registration, deletion and addition.
Unit tasks:
- Follow up on the electronic admission process, the final admission result, and enter the data of the students into the academic system.
- Follow up and solve the problems of the accepted students.
- Supervising registration, deletion, and addition works
- Suggesting plans for the progress of work and developing and simplifying its procedures
Academic Advising Unit:
This unit introduces the new students to the departments and facilities of the college
Unit tasks:
- Preparing special programs to educate students about the curriculum at the beginning of each year.
- Introducing students to academic advising.
- Developing the students’ self-skills and abilities to keep pace with the study requirements.
- Providing an academic advisor for each academic year.
- Announcing the names of the academic guides.
Exam schedules Unit:
This unit is concerned with organizing study schedules, making all necessary preparations for holding exams in the college, and supervising them by faculty members.
Unit tasks:
- Develop strategies for schedules and tests and follow up.
- Follow up on everything related to the work of the tests.
- Academic Distribution of exam schedules to the classrooms.
- Distributing the circulating female observers on exams to the academic departments, ensuring their attendance, the process of switching between observers and compensating those absent from them.
- Restricting student attendance for previous exams.
Student Activities Unit:
This unit specializes in organizing extra-curricular activities in the college, in which it communicates with students and participates in student activities such as: excursions, theatre, internal and external cultural competitions, and accommodation with the college.
Unit tasks:
- Supervising the extra-curricular activities of the students and proposing plans and quarterly activities.
- Selection of representatives of the activity.
- Coordinating activities and trips and scheduling them according to what suits the dates of the students.
- Coordination with the Deanship of Student Affairs and representatives of the activity regarding extra-curricular activities.
- Assisting the Undersecretary in planning and organizing everything that would facilitate the workflow of the unit.
