Tasks of the Unit:
- Spreading the culture of quality in the academic, therapeutic, and administrative units of the college.
- Reviewing the recommendations and reports across programs, courses, and self-studies of academic programs and prepare reports to inspect the quality.
- Implementing and analyzing questionnaires of opinions among students, faculty members, administrators, graduates, and related beneficiaries to academic and therapeutic processes as well as educational activities of the college.
- Setting quality metrics on academic projects, as well as college accreditation.
- Preparing periodic quality activities reports and impacts on performance levels including satisfaction of the college students.
- Working on the additional tasks assigned to the unit by the Deanship for Higher Education Studies, Research, and Quality of related to quality and its applications.

- Overseeing all quality forms accredited by the National Commission for Academic Accreditation quality metrics and conducting relevant evaluations such as course description forms, self-study, course reports, and academic programs.
- Reviewing and implementing recommendations and suggestions on the courses, and program implementation.
- Preparing quality and performance manuals including performance indicators by quality standards and the requirements of the National Commission for Academic Evaluation and Accreditation, ensure standard application and follow-up as well as data collection and analysis.
- Implementing and analyzing opinion polls from students, academic and administrative staff as well as graduates benefitting from the academic activities of the college.

- Archiving the documents and contents of the unit with the college’s existing systems capabilities, and protocols.

- Following up on the implementation of the approved training plans in the college.
- Ensuring the integrity of work procedures across college departments.
- Developing and implementing improvement proposals based on the results benchmarks at all levels of the college and its programs.
- Identifying shortcomings and discovering cases of breaches in the quality standards to performing and proposing suitable solutions.
- Submitting any suggestions that would rise the work performance in the college.

- Activating practical communication with university scholars.
- Finalizing all internal procedures through cooperation across departments and the Deanship.
- Reviewing internal control regulations governing the scholarships and suggesting development areas.
- Managing the files of scholars upon the start of their financial disbursement of them by the Cultural Attach.
- Continuously reviewing, updating, and auditing scholarship files.
- Developing a database of essential information on the status of scholarships and scholars and continuously communicate with relevant authorities.

Tasks of the Committee:
- Implementing communication, auditing, and reviewing` in line with the quality assurance measures and accreditation bodies to obtain international accreditation.
- Build standards and specifications by international standards and work to achieve these standards by preparing and implementing supervisory plans to ensure that the standards within the study programs are implemented.
- Assist the college departments, and unity to prepare and apply for national accreditation meeting the standards.
- Utilizing information and encouragement across units to prepare for their accreditation including support through the application processes.
- Drafting the quality benchmarks and tools to conduct the evaluations across departments and units.
- Actively implement regular evaluations across departments to collect and inspect results and ensure recommendations on improved performance are met.
- Coordinate with the training unit to ensure that evaluation department members are qualified to conduct the informed evaluation across academic staff, and stakeholders serving the strategic objectives including self-evaluations.
- SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH UNIT:

- THE SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH ETHICS COMMITTEE AND RESEARCH ACCREDITATION
Tasks of the Committee:
- Forming the subcommittees for research ethics.
- Issuing approval to conduct the research from an ethical viewpoint.
- Overseeing the work of the subcommittees in terms of compliance with college rules and regulations.
- Documenting research ethically approved by the committee.
- Regular following-up on approved research to ensure that researchers adhere to the ethics controls of scientific research.
- Preparing, reviewing, and updating ethics and governing practices of scientific research in the college.
- Coordinating with the relevant authorities regarding the work ethics and committees of scientific research activities.
- Ensuring validation of approval procedure after conducting the observations and research (INFORMED CONSENT).
- Ensuring that minors, incompetent persons, or persons with disabilities are not exploited in scientific research in any way.

- Documentation and submission of meeting minutes including recommendations and presented them to relevant stakeholders in the college.
- Preparing reports and statistics on the attendance and participation of faculty members at conferences, seminars, and scientific workshops.
